Reviewed the changelog diff for actions/stale 10.2.0 → 10.3.0.
Verdict: SAFE. A 2-commit patch release: one correctness fix (PR #1311 — the action's own stale-labeling event no longer resets the staleness clock, so genuinely stale items close as intended) plus routine internal dependency upgrades. No breaking changes, no new/changed inputs, no deprecations.
This repo uses the action in .github/workflows/close-stale-issues.yml with stable inputs only (days-before-stale: 60, days-before-close: 30, exempt labels). None are affected; the behavioral fix aligns with the intended auto-close behavior.
